Day Training

Make the most of your dog’s day at All Star! We can work one-on-one with your dog while they’re already here for Daycare or Boarding.

Each Day Training session includes one hour of individual Training tailored to your dog. We can work on puppy skills, basic or advanced obedience, leash manners and reactivity, recall, or specific behaviors you’d like help with.

Just let us know what you’d like to focus on. After each session, we’ll send you an update on how things went, what you can continue working on at home, and what we recommend focusing on during future sessions.

Day Training is currently available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

$60 per session, no minimum number of sessions required.

Group Classes

We also offer small-group obedience classes throughout the year. Our five-week classes focus on practical skills, better communication, and helping you work successfully with your dog at home.

Meet Christy!

Our Trainer, Christy, has been wotrking with dogs professionally for most of her life and brings a tremendouds amount of expereince and raw intuition to All Star.

Before joinging our team, Christy spent almost two decades as a Head Trainer at Call of the Wild Dog School, one of Chicago’s premier training facilities.

Her approach is practical and individualized, every dog is different and training practice and goals should make sense for the dog and the person living with them. She can do it all- basic obedience with young dogs, calming leash reactivity, or fine-tuning skills with experienced dogs. She aims for better communication between the dog and thier human roommate.
