Before we provide daycare or boarding service, we need a copy of your dog’s Vaccination Certificate. This will be one page on your Vet’s letterhead that will state all of your dog’s vaccination due dates. Please have your vet fax this to us at 773 661 2808. We then need to schedule a Temperament Test for your dog. This is a 20 minute meet and greet done at All Star to determine if your dog is friendly enough to join our open facility. We prefer to do Temperament Tests between 11am-4pm, M-F, but exceptions can be made. We do not do Temperament Tests on weekends.
